I want to look through my digital TV screen, but do not work seems to DVB stick. I have a digital coaxial cable running into my room, but I lost a bit of other ideas! Doh!

It is likely that 1.1 is too slow for video. What is the provision of coaxial cable? What are the symptoms? Is RF? Most video signals of high quality lines are coaxial cables. You need a video capture card or try a PCI USB-2 on your PC with DVB stick.
I think you may need to find a TV card in your PC
